Tomato Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 cans diced tomatoes ( 14.5 ounces each)
  • 2 cans tomato sauce-no salt added (8 oz each)
  • 1 medium zucchini diced
  • 1 medium bell pepper diced
  • 1/2 cup of onion diced
  • 1 cup water
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 melba toast

Instructions

  • Dice zucchini, bell pepper, and onion.
  • Combine ingredients in large pan. Heat on stove, serve at room temperature or chilled.
  • Add melba toast on the side.
