Tomato Vegetable Soup (Phase 1)
- 2 cans diced tomatoes ( 14.5 ounces each)
- 2 cans tomato sauce-no salt added (8 oz each)
- 1 medium zucchini diced
- 1 medium bell pepper diced
- 1/2 cup of onion diced
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 melba toast
- Dice zucchini, bell pepper, and onion.
- Combine ingredients in large pan. Heat on stove, serve at room temperature or chilled.
- Add melba toast on the side.
